Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations can be made 7 days or earlier prior to the guest's arrival to the hotel without any charges. Later cancellations or no-show will require charging for the first night



CANCELLATION POLICY FOR APARTMENTS ONLY:
As booking is confirmed: 50% of the total amount is charged by the hotel on guests’credit card If the booking is cancelled 18 days before arrival, the guests can use the prepayment for a future stay in the Relais hotel. If cancelled within 17 days before check-in date, it won’t be given back.
