The hotel Rex situated on the sea, in the center of the Tuscanian Thyrrenian coast, it is the ideal basis for a series of archeological, cultural, naturalistical, and historical itineraries to the most beautiful places of the Tuscany. Because of the particularly favorable climatic conditions and the position of the bay, which is sheltered from cold winds, it is possible to sunbathe and/or swim at the hotel's beach even in the winter.

The hotel offers 62 rooms, 53 double, 4 single-rooms and 5 suites. 38 double-rooms have a hydromassage-showers or tubs. Every room is equipped with a direct telephone line, fridge, color satellite TV, safe, and air conditioning, and hairdryer. Amenities available to guests include 2 restaurants, one with 160 and the other, on the beach, with 60 seats, facilities for the disabled.

For the relaxation of our guests we also offer a TV and reading-room, American bar. Using the elevators, our guests can reach the private beach, where you find a modern facilities such as cots, deck-chairs, warm showers, paddle boats, bar-restaurant and self service. The Submarine Diving Center with professional teachers is at the deposal of the guests to dive between the beauties in shallow waters in front of the Hotel Rex.

The hotel provides meeting rooms with a capacity of 15 to 250 people. The technical equipment of the congress halls include: voice installation with a microphone, TV with recorder, video projector attachable to a PC, a 280 x 250 cm projection screen, a light-board, boards with mobile sheets. Also the secretary office and banqueting hall are provided. The hotel has three large private parking lots, with 60 parking places.
