The real pearl of our hotel is our typical cuisine, where our chef in a masterly manes manages to combine the unique flavors of our ground, mushrooms and truffle, with the simplicity of the typical Umbrian good home cooking. Another specialty of our restaurant are the typical Mediterranean dishes which are served in summer on our veranda, round the swimming pool.
