The Palazzo di Luglio offers 8 very comfortable suites where elegant and sophisticated furniture gives each room a unique style that perfectly matches with the sobriety of the eighteenth century. The hotel restaurant offers the best of the region's specialties: white truffles, home made pasta with "porcini" and "ovoli" mushrooms, Florentine steak, pork, and many kind of home made cakes and cookies. Worth of mentioning is the fact that the extra virgin oil used to dress the food is made by the hotel's own oil mill, which opens its doors from November to December to visitors who want to witness the cold working of the olives. Finally, a well supplied wine shop invites guests to taste very good wines and Tuscan canapés as well as an assorted selection of cold pork meats, local cheese, and much more.
