Maxim is a brand new hotel built in 1992, with spacious and well furnished rooms, located just outside the ancient city walls. The hotel offers 146 soundproofed rooms equipped with a private bath with hairdryer, individually controlled air conditioning and heating, satellite TV color, Pay TV, radio, refrigerator, modem/fax line on request and direct telephone line. 8 suites are adapted for the disabled. There is a non smoking floor and non smoking rooms. Amenities available to guests include a modern and functional hall, living rooms, bar, breakfast room, safety box service at the reception, 2 lifts, facilities for the disabled, laundry services, baby sitting on request, currency exchange, car rental desk, garage and parking area suitable also for buses The personnel is multilingual. Restaurant service is only on request. The three meeting rooms can accommodate up to 100 people and are furnished with Light blackboard sheets blackboard, TV Color 28", VCR, amplification, 2 microphones and audio recorder. Secretarial services and fax/copier are also available.
